If you’re non-Japanese, choose “Outside Japan”.
3. How To Send TXYC
Read the auto-reply E-mail from us carefully, find the TXYC remittance destination and send your TXYC to us.
Note: if you haven’t received the E-mail, please check the spam folder just in case.
4. How To Receive DTXY
We will swap your TXYC for the same amount of DTXY.
We will let you know by E-mail once we complete the remittance of DTXY.
Once you receive the E-mail, please check your Wallet and comfirm the remittance.
Note: We will send DTXY to the designated address that you registered when applying for membership.
Note: Although we complete the remittance of DTXY, it may not be updated immediately in your Wallet. If you cannot confirm the remittance within 48 hours, please contact us below.
